Our chefs are highly skilled and trained to inadept the finest south indian cuisine which is unique from the North indian cuisine; from use of coconuts in place of cream, to more diverse age-old vegan recipes such as Dosa, appam and vegetable stew, – leaving you with an unforgettable taste on your taste buds.
